black beans, drained and rinsed

corn, drained
1
can
diced tomatoes with green chilies

packet
taco seasoning

cups
shredded cheddar cheese

cup
sour cream

bag
tortilla chips, crushed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
In a large casserole dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips.
Spread the beef mixture over the chips.
Top with sour cream, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Add the remaining crushed tortilla chips on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
