Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and place the cubed Hawaiian bread in it.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are soaked.
Let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the custard.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
For a tropical twist, you can add pineapple chunks or shredded coconut to the mixture.
