Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced ham, and cheese sauce.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like peas or broccoli for extra nutrition.
