Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Biscuits (16 oz)
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is soft.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Place biscuits on top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the beef mixture for extra flavor and nutrition.
