Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is soft.
Stir in tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Place biscuits on top of the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the beef mixture for extra flavor and nutrition.
