Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add the green beans and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve hot.

This dish pairs well with crusty bread.
