Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 can Cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of shrimp soup and milk until smooth.
  • Add the shrimp, cooked rice, peas, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is great for a cozy family dinner. You can add more vegetables if you like.
