Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Cinnamon Rolls
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish.
  • Drizzle the maple syrup over the top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Best served warm. You can add a glaze on top if desired.
