Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Press the meat mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
Pour milk over the meat mixture, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Arrange frozen tater tots on top of the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like peas or carrots for extra nutrition.
