Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 package Frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Press the meat mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Pour milk over the meat mixture, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Arrange frozen tater tots on top of the cheese layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like peas or carrots for extra nutrition.
