Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and frozen peas. Mix well.
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add to the beef mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole is a great make-ahead meal. You can assemble it and refrigerate it until you're ready to bake.
