Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 package Egg Noodles
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and frozen peas. Mix well.
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add to the beef mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is a great make-ahead meal. You can assemble it and refrigerate it until you're ready to bake.
