Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sliced zucchini, Velveeta cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Feel free to add more cheese if you like it extra cheesy!
