Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips crushed
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Simmer until thickened.
  • In a baking dish, layer crushed tortilla chips, cooked beef mixture, salsa, and shredded cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as black olives, jalapeños, or avocado.
