Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Spread rice evenly in a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded imitation crab meat, chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce. Spread this mixture over the rice.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until heated through.
Remove from oven and top with sliced avocado, crumbled nori, and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
Notes:
Feel free to add other sushi toppings like cucumber or pickled ginger.
