Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 avocado, sliced avocado
  • 1 sheet nori, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Spread rice evenly in a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded imitation crab meat, chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce. Spread this mixture over the rice.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until heated through.
  • Remove from oven and top with sliced avocado, crumbled nori, and sesame seeds. Serve warm.

Notes:

Feel free to add other sushi toppings like cucumber or pickled ginger.
