Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Firm tofu cubed
  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrot sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine tofu, shrimp, broccoli, carrot, and mushrooms.
  • In a separate bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, cornstarch mixture, and sesame oil.
  • Pour the sauce over the tofu and seafood mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite veggies to the mix.
