Sesame oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine tofu, shrimp, broccoli, carrot, and mushrooms.
In a separate bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, cornstarch mixture, and sesame oil.
Pour the sauce over the tofu and seafood mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite veggies to the mix.
