Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 1.5 cups Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and add the bread cubes and raspberries.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bread and raspberries in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
