Ingredients:

  • 1 package frozen potstickers about 20 pieces
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, chicken broth, and shredded cheese.
  • Add the frozen potstickers and mixed vegetables to the bowl and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover potstickers. Feel free to add more vegetables or switch up the cheese to suit your taste.
