  • 6 cups Potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and diced potatoes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
