Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, meatballs, and tomato sauce. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the meatballs are cooked through.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
