Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
  • In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, meatballs, and tomato sauce. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the meatballs are cooked through.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for a family dinner or a potluck. You can also add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
