Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal and chicken broth. Stir until smooth.
In a baking dish, layer the cooked pork, diced tomatoes, black beans, and cornmeal mixture.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
