Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking dish with butter.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the polenta, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
