Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes prepared
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onions, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
  • Place meatballs in a baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
