Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onions, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
Place meatballs in a baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
