Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in crab meat.
In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
Combine seafood mixture with the cream mixture.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
