Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in crab meat.
  • In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine seafood mixture with the cream mixture.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
