grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
Add chopped cabbage to the skillet. Cook until cabbage is tender.
In a bowl, mix heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika.
In a baking dish, layer half of the cabbage mixture, then half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
Pour the cream mixture over the casserole.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Notes:
Feel free to add more spices to taste.
