Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
  • Add chopped cabbage to the skillet. Cook until cabbage is tender.
  • In a bowl, mix heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the cabbage mixture, then half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
  • Pour the cream mixture over the casserole.
  • Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add more spices to taste.
