Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the cream mixture over the beef mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
