shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onions are translucent.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, uncooked pasta, dried oregano, and dried basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
