crushed cornflakes

melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine hominy, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine crushed cornflakes and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Notes:
For a spicier version, add some chopped green chilies to the mixture.
