Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix.
Add diced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and crumbled bacon to the bowl. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more cheese on top before baking for an extra cheesy crust.
