Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions
  • 0.5 cup crumbled bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix.
  • Add diced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and crumbled bacon to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more cheese on top before baking for an extra cheesy crust.
