Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, and cooked egg noodles. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas.
