Ingredients:

  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like peas or corn for extra flavor.
