Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, ham, and cheese. Pour sauce over and mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like peas or broccoli for extra nutrition.
