Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, ham, and cheese. Pour sauce over and mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like peas or broccoli for extra nutrition.
