Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Haddock fillets
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, grated cheese, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Place haddock fillets in a baking dish and pour milk over them.
  • Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the haddock.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve hot with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad.
