Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Uncooked Rice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  • Add chopped onions to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • Mix in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • In a baking dish, combine cooked turkey mixture, uncooked rice, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, or until rice is cooked through.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
