Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
Add chopped onions to the skillet and cook until softened.
Mix in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
In a baking dish, combine cooked turkey mixture, uncooked rice, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, or until rice is cooked through.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
