Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, mix cooked ground beef, mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables or substitute with your favorites.
