Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, mix cooked ground beef, mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables or substitute with your favorites.
