Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cans Green Chilies diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips crushed

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in green chilies, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Mix well.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, then half of the beef mixture, and half of the shredded cheese. Repeat layers.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Serve with a side of guacamole or salsa for extra flavor.
