Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, grated
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a baking dish with butter.
  • In a large bowl, mix grated potatoes, chopped onion, shredded cheese, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into the baking dish.
  • Dot the top with butter.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes:

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
