Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and olive oil.
In a baking dish, layer the cooked gnocchi, marinara sauce mixture, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can add some cooked ground beef or sausage for extra protein.
