Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Gnocchi store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  • In a baking dish, layer the cooked gnocchi, marinara sauce mixture, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can add some cooked ground beef or sausage for extra protein.
