Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chili beans, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, spread a layer of Fritos corn chips on the bottom.
Pour the beef mixture over the chips and spread evenly.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite toppings like sour cream, jalapeños, or green onions.
