Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Chili Beans (15 oz)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 bag Fritos Corn Chips (9.25 oz)

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chili beans, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, spread a layer of Fritos corn chips on the bottom.
  • Pour the beef mixture over the chips and spread evenly.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like sour cream, jalapeños, or green onions.
