Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups Frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Diced cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 can Evaporated milk 12 oz
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer the hash browns, cheese, ham, and green onions.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, evaporated milk, pepper, and salt. Pour over the hash brown mixture.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 55-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables or substitute the ham with bacon or sausage.
