Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 everything bagels cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the bagel pieces, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

You can prepare this casserole the night before and bake it in the morning.
