Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped celery, heavy cream, grated cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
In a small pan, melt the butter and mix in the breadcrumbs until they are well coated.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the celery mixture in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
