Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
Stir in chopped green onions, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Fold in cooked pasta until evenly coated.
Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
