Yellow Squash, sliced

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, boil the squash and onion until tender. Drain well.
In a mixing bowl, combine the squash, onion, cheese, crackers, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole is a great side dish for any meal. You can also add a bit of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
