Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes prepared
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Press the meat mixture into a greased baking dish, forming an even layer.
  • Spread the prepared mashed potatoes over the meat layer.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mashed potatoes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meat is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:
