Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, and shredded Swiss cheese.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Pour the heavy cream over the mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle this over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.

Notes:

Feel free to use leftover chicken or ham for this recipe. You can also substitute the Swiss cheese with Gruyere for a different flavor.
