Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, boil the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, mash the cauliflower. Add the beaten egg, mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and additional mozzarella if desired.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
