Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower chopped into florets
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot, boil the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the cauliflower. Add the beaten egg, mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and additional mozzarella if desired.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
