Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, and Thousand Island dressing.
Place the biscuit dough pieces in a greased baking dish. Pour the beef mixture over the biscuit dough.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is cooked through and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and top with chopped lettuce before serving.
Notes:
For an extra kick, add some diced onions or jalapeños to the beef mixture.
