Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Pickles
  • 1 cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • 1 cup Chopped Lettuce
  • 2 cups Biscuit Dough cut into small pieces

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, and Thousand Island dressing.
  • Place the biscuit dough pieces in a greased baking dish. Pour the beef mixture over the biscuit dough.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is cooked through and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and top with chopped lettuce before serving.

Notes:

For an extra kick, add some diced onions or jalapeños to the beef mixture.
