Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, frozen peas, salt, and black pepper.
Add the cooked noodles to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole is great for using up leftover ham. You can also add other vegetables like carrots or corn if you like.
