Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounces
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, frozen peas, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is great for using up leftover ham. You can also add other vegetables like carrots or corn if you like.
