Melted Butter
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the water chestnuts, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with the melted butter.
Sprinkle the cornflake mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to add some chopped green onions or bacon bits for extra flavor.
