Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded cheese, diced ham, and frozen peas.
Pour the sauce over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to your Vietri bakeware and bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole is perfect for a family dinner or a potluck. Feel free to substitute the ham with chicken or turkey if you prefer.
