Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Pasta
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Ham
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded cheese, diced ham, and frozen peas.
  • Pour the sauce over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to your Vietri bakeware and bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for a family dinner or a potluck. Feel free to substitute the ham with chicken or turkey if you prefer.
