Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Spaghetti uncooked
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers chopped
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegan Cheese shredded

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  • Add marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Mix cooked spaghetti with the sauce mixture. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle vegan cheese on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like mushrooms or zucchini for extra flavor.
