Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked turkey, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, and lemon juice.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the turkey mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
